These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.swappo.wtf and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Hederlig Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Singapore.
By accessing or using the Service, including by signing up via Google OAuth or any other method, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service without parental consent.
Users aged 13 to 17 may create an account only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
Users under 13 years old require mandatory parental/guardian consent before any account can be created or personal data collected.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the above age requirements or that valid parental consent has been obtained.
We primarily use Google OAuth for fast and secure registration and login.
When you sign in with Google, you authorize us to receive certain information from your Google account (e.g., name, email address, and profile picture) as permitted by your Google privacy settings.
If you are under 18 years old, you (or your parent/guardian) must complete our Parental Consent Form before your account is activated.
During signup, if you indicate you are under 18, the registration process will direct you (or your parent/guardian) to complete our Parental Consent Form.
We will not activate the account or collect personal data until we receive and review the completed Parental Consent Form.
We may request additional verification (e.g., email confirmation, phone verification, or other reasonable steps) to confirm the parent/guardian’s identity.
Parents/guardians can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, which will result in the deletion of the child’s account (subject to legal requirements).

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or third-party rights.
All content and technology in the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal purposes only.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We process all personal data (including children’s data) in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and other applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Parents/guardians may also request termination of a child’s account by contacting us.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
